Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Franchise Fees

Franchise fees once paid are non-refundable. This includes onboarding, training, and setup charges. No refund will be issued after agreement activation.

2. Software Purchase

Software products are non-refundable after delivery. Demo access is provided before purchase. Users are responsible for verifying requirements.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel before software delivery or franchise activation. Cancellation requests must be sent via email.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be processed only if payment made by mistake, duplicate payment, or service not delivered within promised timeline.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds processed within 5-10 business days. Refund will be issued to original payment method.

6. No Refund Cases

No refund will be provided for change of mind, lack of sales, partial usage, failure to use services, or violation of terms.
